  1. We are very excited about this movement. There is too much concrete and heat in the city, and more leisure space and cooler grassed environments would be soothing to the soul in this fast paced world.
Apart from that, we supply and install the higjest grade waterproofing system in Australia, and have completed one or two of these roofs already.
We are very disappointed to miss the Brisbane conference, but are considering attending the one in Minneapolis. Is there any one attending from your organisation that you know of?

Hello, I am starting my Masters of Philosophy in Green Roof Design – Energy Water and Carbon Synergies. The purpose of this MPhil is to bring a economic rational to GR. I think at the onset effects like ‘heat island’ and ‘runnoff’ would give prove GR very efficient, (meanwhile cutting down on carbon production) and then show why GR would be a great source of carbon sequestation. I would like to see the Kyoto definition of forest / and soil-carbon challenged. The end of 2009 I am joining a team of Carbon Consultants for the CRPS leadup. I would appriciate any feedback or ideas for this MPhil and for any case studies with any Carbon Schemes /GR world wide.
